PLANNING REQUIREMENTS
To obtain approval for the Commencement of Work (“COW”) within 18 months from the date of the Purchase and Development Agreement (PDA) and Lease Agreement (LA).
The Proposed Developments must be completed and become operational within 5 years from the date of the PDA and LA
